During the past decades, these challenges have inspired a number of important approaches, developments and results about wave-type equations in both fields of mathematics. Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, France)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/users.jyu.fi\/~salomi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mikko Salo (Univ. of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, Finland)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uefconnect.uef.fi\/en\/tanja.tarvainen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tanja Tarvainen (Univ. of Eastern Finland, Finland)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The scientific programs further consist of minisymposia and contributed talks.<\/p>\n<p>We have already organized in Karlsruhe the<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/conference18.waves.kit.edu\">1st Conference on Mathematics of Wave Phenomena<\/a> in July 2018,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/conference22.waves.kit.edu\">2nd Conference on Mathematics of Wave Phenomena<\/a> in February 2022 (online), and<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/conference25.waves.kit.edu\">3rd Conference on Mathematics of Wave Phenomena<\/a> in February 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These meetings were great successes with 250 to 350 participants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>News 14.01.26 The Call for Minisymposia has been opened.
